Cykelrensning / Bike clearance - 15 till 30 September Hej alla medlemmar, Vi vill informera er om att från den 15 september kommer vi att påbörja en cykelrensning av alla cyklar hos oss (både inomhus i garaget samt ute på gården och runt Brf Prisma Hyllie byggnaderna). Detta är för att säkerställa att de cyklar som finns inom vår förening faktiskt används och ägs av någon i föreningen. Hur kommer det gå till? Vi kommer att märka upp samtliga cyklar i föreningen med färgglad tejp. De cyklar som har tejpen kvar den 30 september kommer att sättas undan av fastighetsskötaren. Om ingen har gjort anspråk på dessa cyklar innan den 30 december kommer de att fraktas bort från föreningen. Om ni har frågor eller funderingar, vänligen mejla styrelsen på . Tack för ert samarbete! Med vänliga hälsningar, Styrelsen ----- In English Bicycle Clearance 15 to 30 September This is to inform you that from the 15 September, we will begin our bicycle clearance on all the bikes i our facilities/space (in the garage/bike room, and outdoors in the back yard and infront). This procedure is done to ensure that the bicycles that are parked in our facilities actually belong to someone in the association and are being used/accounted for. So how does it work? We will mark all bicycles in the association with a colored tape. Bicycles that still have the tape attached on them by September 30th will be set aside by the caretaker. If no one has claimed these bicycles by December 30, they will be removed from the premises. Hope this is clear and in good order.
